Originally release in 1991 for the Super NES, players take on the role of Knight Arthur in Super Ghouls ‘n Ghosts. Knight Arthur sets out to save his bride, Princess Prin-Prin, from the Emperor Sardius, who rules over the Ghoul Realm. In this sequel to Ghouls ‘n Ghosts Arthur has found the new ability to double jump as well as upgrade his armor and weapons. It should also be noted that to get the true ending of the game you must beat the game two times in a row with a special weapon.
