Wow, two pretty good releases with DKC2 and Streets of Rage 2.

all the Donkey Kong Country games imo were sub par games that aren’t as good as you remember!

Streets of Rage are still classic beat em ups!

That could be true, I never owned a Super Nintendo as a kid so I only ever got to enjoy those games while at a friends house.

Currently though, I’ve been enjoying playing through Zelda: OoT again.

@juggy: I don’t completely agree. Though they might be overly hyped in most peoples fond memories (hard to avoid for such classics), there’s no argument about how cutting edge DKC was back in it’s day.

@sketch, they were “3d” oooo… they were only 3d models and looked worse than the clayfighters models.

    But I digress.

@Chris Ocarina is good but I still say A Link to the Past is the best Zelda game so far.

“Ocarina is good but I still say A Link to the Past is the best Zelda game so far.”

Can’t argue with that, it’s still my favorite too.

I wont disagree with you, but sadly I haven’t played much of A Link to the Past.

Another favorite Zelda game of mine is Link’s Awakening for the game boy, that was a pretty fun game.
