As for the Neo Geo games, from what I heard they are planning on releasing some of the more obscure and more unknown games first. So when they get around to actually making releases it should be pretty interesting to see what they come up with for the first few releases. The controller could very well be an issue, of course the games will probably be only playable with the GameCube and Classic controllers. I guess we'll have to wait and see how well it feels with some actual play time. But yea, can't wait to see what they release for it. I also hope that they will release like gameboy games up to the gameboy advanced system games. that would be cool too.
