Anthony, you won’t see any of the final fantasy games since squareenix can make a lot more money reselling them as full priced games.

Garbage? Are you nuts? Fantasy Zone is one of the finest shooters of all time. Mega Turrican is a superb action/shooter game.

I would prefer other games too, but these are great aditions to VC.

Nintendo probably has market strategy on why they don’t release games quicker. Very irritating. I have my cash in hand, bring my the darned games I want like, Super Mario Kart or any of the old Final Fantasy games. If a hacker can release thousands of ROM’s in 1997 that can run on Windows 95 then why the hell can’t Nintendo do it on their own console in a quicker fashion. Sure, they have quality testing but come on. Bring us more games quicker. :P Also, I know WiiWare is supposed to actually have something coming… how long as the Wii been out for? Nintendo has a tradition of making great platforms and ideas that they under utilize if they even utilize them at all. With such a strong showing with the Wii they could shine but 2 years they still seem to be floundering. I’ll admit when I’m wrong, but I suspect WiiWare will only show us a couple of half baked games and not have a lot of variety. So far, they’ve done nothing to make me think otherwise.

Well, John. The thing is, most of these old games have not been previously rated by the ESRB, and those few that have would probably need to be re-evaluated. I hear tell that these examinations cost money, and take time.

    Fuck the ESRB!!!
lets stop being so politically correct
what? a small child might see some blood? or wake up with a scary dream?
when i was younger and (im 32 by the way), no one ever worried about content in a game or on tv and no one ever complained. its all these liberals and this politically correct society we live in makes me sick!
