Originally released in 1989, Ninja Gaiden is a platformer game in which you take on the role of Ryu, a ninja set to seek revenge for his missing father. In the game you will several powerups, which consist of time freeze, recovery medicine, Shuriken, and several ninja arts each of which will help you fight past the many enemies in the game. While Ninja Gaiden is known for its high difficulty, it is still one of the most popular Nintendo games due to its fun game play and groundbreaking cutscenes.
