Virtual Console Mondays

Ice Climber, which was released in 1985, is a game in which the players take on the role of either Popo or Nana. Dressed in their Eskimo parkas the players face an ice-covered mountain trying to find their vegetables that were stolen by a giant condor. Each player is equipped with a hammer which is used to club enemies as well as making holes in the layers of ice above. On each mountain many obstacles can be found that make it harder to reach the peak and with a time limit you must move fast to ensure a victory.
