		<description>this game is nowhere near as good (read: realistic/in depth) as the old nintendo version, but it's a hell of a lot of fun.  the action is incredibly fast-paced, and i think the character splash screens make the game stand out.

the graffics, like most neo-geo games, look like they came straight out of the arcade.  here, so does the gameplay.  that said, you can bunt, you can steal, you can fake a pitch and throw over to first base... what you can't do is create your own team, which is my absolute favorite thing about the nintendo version.

until that one show up on the VC, or while you're waiting for MLB 2k8, check out Baseball Stars 2 for some fun baseball action.  FIGHT!</description>
