		<description>this game is nowhere near as good (read: realistic/in depth) as the old nintendo version, but it&#039;s a hell of a lot of fun.  the action is incredibly fast-paced, and i think the character splash screens make the game stand out.

the graffics, like most neo-geo games, look like they came straight out of the arcade.  here, so does the gameplay.  that said, you can bunt, you can steal, you can fake a pitch and throw over to first base... what you can&#039;t do is create your own team, which is my absolute favorite thing about the nintendo version.

until that one show up on the VC, or while you&#039;re waiting for MLB 2k8, check out Baseball Stars 2 for some fun baseball action.  FIGHT!</description>
