Virtual Console Mondays

Star Fox 64 is a flying shooter game which was released almost ten years ago. You must take control of your Arwing and complete fifteen different missions before reaching a final showdown with Andross on the planet Venom. When flying there is a forced progression forward but you can move about the screen to dodge objects and to get a better lock on enemies. One good thing is that you wont be flying alone because you have wingmen that will help you out during each mission, though if you allow a wingman to take on too much damage they will retreat and can only be used after the next mission is accomplished. Aside from the single player portion of the game there is a multiplayer option that allows for four players to join in on the fun.
